Lacrosse is one of the fastest-growing and most demanding sports in America — a game that rewards speed, discipline, and grit in equal measure. Founded in 2019, Hub City Lacrosse aims to build pathways for Pinebelt Athletes for success now and into the future. Our mission is to build the infrastructure, coaching, and competitive opportunity that turn dedicated athletes into complete players — and complete players into the men, students, and leaders who go on to earn collegiate opportunities and scholarships.

We develop character, discipline, and the competitive edge that colleges and communities notice.

Training and Competition Schedule

Elite performance requires structure. Our athletes train year-round with purpose:

• High School: Evaluation Weekend - October 3rd, 2026

• High School: Fall Ball - Saturdays, October 12th - November 20th, 2026

• High School: Spring Season - Start: January 4th, 2027. End: May 1st, 2027

• High School: Practices - Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 5:30–7:30 PM at San Antonio Field, Hattiesburg

• Youth: Spring Season - Start: February 2nd, 2027. End: May 1st, 2027

• Game days: See Schedule, competing in the Gulf South High School Lacrosse League, spanning elite competition from Louisiana to Alabama

Who Earns a Roster Spot

Hub City Lacrosse fields two competitive, full-field 10v10 programs:

• Varsity (Boys) — Grades 8–12

• Youth (Boys) — Grades 5–7

Gearing Up for Competition

Lacrosse demands serious equipment — and we believe cost should never be the barrier between an athlete and their potential. Every player receiving a program scholarship has full access to the equipment they need to compete at a high level.

Joining the Program

Membership in Hub City Lacrosse is an investment in an athlete's development and future opportunities:

• High School: $200 annual team fee

• Youth: $300 Annual Fee w/o Owning Gear; $200 Annual Fee w/ Owning Gear

• US Lacrosse Association membership (required for insurance coverage): $30 for youth, $35 for high school — learn more here

Scholarships are available, covering the team fee, registration, and gear rentals for qualifying athletes — because talent and commitment should determine who plays, not cost.
