Gear List

• Lacrosse Stick: holdoff on ordering, Coach will give your player specific instructions for ordering a stick at practice. Hub City Lacrosse has enough sticks for all players.

• Helmet: Lacrosse Helmet of the following type is allowed: Cascade R, Cascade S, Cascade XRS, Warrior Burn, or STX Aero. The helmet must be ALL WHITE in color.

• Chest Pad: A standard lacrosse Chest Protector.

• Elbow Pads: Elbow pads can range in size from full coverage of bicep and forearm to small coverage of just the elbow. Coach always suggest full coverage will Elbow Pads.

• Lacrosse Gloves: Standard lacrosse gloves.

• A Cup/Girdle: The only equipment the team cannot provide but is necessary.

• Cleats: Any standard athletic cleats will work for the sport of lacrosse.

• Mouthpiece: A breathable mouthpiece you can speak through.

• Under Garments: White undershirts / tights will be permissible for games.
